The Federal Reserve Banks are launching new self-service Collateral functionality on Discount Window Direct (DWD) starting June 8, 2026, empowering authorized Depository Institution users with convenient 24/7/365 access to:

Upload Collateral Schedules – Efficient loan Collateral Schedule and Automated Loan Deposit (ALD) revaluation uploads to the Reserve Bank for analysis and approval
Deposit Collateral Schedules for New Loan Types – Streamlined onboarding process for new portfolios of loan collateral with an efficient and organized upload process for new Collateral Schedules
Withdraw Loan Collateral Holdings – User-friendly online request to withdraw specific loan collateral portfolio types from your institution’s active loan collateral holdings
