Beginning March 1, 2016, Reserve Bank staff will no longer routinely provide courtesy calls to institutions with overdrawn account balances late in the business day. Please be sure to monitor the account balance and daylight overdraft balance in the Account Management Information system throughout the day. The Account Management Guide can be referenced for additional information on managing reserve accounts. Reserve Bank staff will continue to be on hand to assist with discount window loan requests and provide account balance information until the close of Fedwire™.
