BIC program participants are required to complete a Collateral Certification prior to enrollment in the BIC program and on a recurring basis thereafter. - FHLB Collateral Release Form [MS Word; 63K]
FHLB members should execute this form to allow FRBB to share collateral information with FHLBB.
BIC Collateral Cover Letter-Credit Unions [MS Word; 35K]
A customized version of the relevant form (i.e., FRBB will tailor the form to your specific institution upon entry into the BIC program) must be submitted with loan trials.
